Welcome to the home page of the Lakes and Parks Alliance. We are a diverse group of residents in the Lake St. Louis Community Association with a common interest in our community's most valued assets.
Our mission is to preserve, protect and enhance the shared usage of our lakes and parks.
To achieve this mission, the LPA adheres to the following guiding principles:
- Education: Provide information and public awareness regarding relevant issues, so that decisions are made with fair disclosure and adequate representation of the public.
- Citizen Involvement: Provide a forum to facilitate communication for all members, such to allow active participation in the decisions and actions of the LSL Community Association and the City of Lake St. Louis.
- Protection: Diligent scrutiny of water quality including fecal counts, silt deposition/removal, watershed management and fish conservation.
- Productive Partnerships: Collaborate with established LSLCA committees, local government, private organizations and businesses to work together toward common goals.
